Product Return Policy
If any product that we sell is defective or if we
ship the incorrect product, you may return it for
a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to
examine and test any software that is returned for
a defect problem and will e-mail you the results.
Any product that is returned must have a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number assigned to it. To receive
such a number, please e-mail a message to our customer
service department support
Please include the Bill To name, order number and
product description along with reason for the return.
Products returned without an RMA # will not be accepted
and credit will not be issued.
For a product that is returned for any other reason,
you must receive prior approval and a restocking fee
of 25% will be charged.
- All returns must be in perfect condition, unregistered
with all manuals, booklets, CD's and original
retail box.
- Include a copy of the original invoice with
your RMA authorization number.
- All returns must be within 30 days or a refund
will not be issued.
